Shipping Policies

Important

Delivery is guaranteed and we go to great lengths to track and insure all shipments. All shipments will be sent with some kind of delivery confirmation or signature required. We MUST have your telephone number so that the shipping company can contact you if they have trouble completing delivery. We cannot guarantee your delivery of any order submitted without your contact telephone number.

Domestic US Shipping Charges

The shipping cost is according to the weight of the items and the location you live. When your order is entered, our website connects directly to UPS and the system will automatically show you all the shipping methods (UPS-Ground, UPS-3-Day, UPS-2-Day and UPS-Next-Day) and costs. You can choose which shipping method you prefer to.

International Orders

We ship to more than 30 countries from our warehouses in the USA and Hong Kong. We use USPS Global Express when we ship from Florida, and Hong Kong Speedpost when we ship from Hong Kong. Customs and import duties are the responsibility of the customer. Please contact your local customs office for details on how these charges are assessed and applied.

Delivery Time

We will ship within 2-10 days. An e-mail notification and tracking no will be sent to you when your product is shipped. You can track your shipment by login into your account or click "Order Status" tab.

To find out when your order will arrive, you need to consider the shipping option you selected. FengShuiBooth.com uses the following calculation:

Available-to-Ship Time + Delivery Method Ship Time = Total Delivery Time

Example: An item that is usually ship in 1 to 2 days and is sent via UPS Ground Delivery (3 to 6 days) will arrive in 5 to 9 business days.

Please note that by choosing the Express Delivery option, it will not reduce the time for your order to leave our warehouse, it will only reduce the time in transit.

Shipping Address Policy

Our goal at FengShuiBooth.com is to provide a safe, secure environment for your online shopping experience. Internet and credit card fraud is escalating at unheard of proportions. In that context, to protect you and FengShuiBooth.com, we will only be able to ship your product to the billing address where you currently receive your credit card bills.

If, for some reason, you must ship your product to an address that is different from your billing address, please drop us an email to discuss this matter further and we can come to some resolution. We are sorry if this causes any inconvenience to you however, this is the best way to fight back against those select few who prefer dishonesty over integrity.
