Damage and/or breakage: Damage is rare. We are
insuring every package that leaves our warehouse. We go to
great lengths to pack each item to survive even the roughest
trip around the world. We advise all our customer to open the
package very carefully so as not to break the item inside
through mishandling, inspect the item thoroughly at that time
and report to us immediately if there is any damage. You must
email us within 24-48 hours of receiving the shipment and
includes as much details about the damage as possible. Please
DO NOT throw away the shipping box and packing material.
Loss of any item: Delivery is guaranteed and
we go to great lengths to track and insure all shipments. All
shipments will be sent with some kind of delivery confirmation
or signature required. We MUST have your telephone number so
that the shipping company can contact you if they have trouble
completing delivery. We cannot guarantee your delivery of any
order submitted without your contact telephone number. In case
of the missing items due to the transportation, please email us
immediately. We ask your patience until we can receive the
trace result from shipping company. We will gladly replace or
refund any shipment lost in transit.
Substitutions: We reserve the right to
substitute an item of greater value for any item ordered which
we cannot deliver due to damage discovered during packaging for
shipment. We will not knowingly ship damaged goods but will
select a replacement item or items similar to and of greater
value than the item which was damaged prior to shipment. If you
are not satisfied with the substitution you may return it for a
full refund including all the shipping costs both ways. Your
