All of our items are guaranteed to be of the material that is in the item description. If it says Mammoth Tooth Ivory...it is Mammoth Tooth Ivory, not bone or resin. We will have Mammoth Tooth Ivory Certificate of Authenticity to back that up and will price the item accordingly. We will not mislead you to believe you are paying US$50.00 for a US$500.00 item. If you find any of our items to not be of the material stated we will pay for return shipping and provide a full refund. We want you to trust in our word that what you are told is really what you are getting. If you have any questions about any of our products please ask us before making your purchase.

All of our products are made from Jade, Bronze, Ivory, Crystal, Cinnabar, Cloisonne, Pewter and Porcelain. We DO NOT sell bone and resin items because we believe genuine noble metals make more powerful Feng Shui tools than resin or plastic replicas! That's why you will see the price difference when you compare it at another store.

Our products are all hand crafted and finished by Chinese and Asian artists. Some will engrave their name right into the item they made. Each item is unique, no two will be exactly alike. Therefore you will not find another item exactly like yours in somebody else's collection. When you receive your item it will be slightly different than the item in the photograph in the catalog. This is due to individual styles from one artist to the next, or differences in pigments used from one day to the next in the shop that made the item. Unlike buying souvenirs at a famous theme park, the emphasis in quality control with our artists is in the final artistry of the item, and not in carbon copy duplicity.
